Who we are
Larp Wallet (“we”, “us”) runs the website larpwallet.store and sells the Larp Wallet app, skin packs and the Full custom design service. For any privacy question, contact us at support@larpwallet.store.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, billing country and address (as provided by you or by Apple Pay / Google Pay), the products you buy and the order total.
- Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we only receive the payment status and basic details such as the card brand and last four digits.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, used to run the store, prevent fraud and keep download links secure.
- Photos for Full custom: if you order Full custom, the photos you send us (for example via Telegram) are used only to create your designs.
- Support messages: what you send us by email or Telegram.
How we use it
- to process your order, deliver download links and send order emails;
- to make your Full custom designs;
- to answer support requests and handle refunds or disputes;
- to prevent fraud and abuse and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Legal basis
We process your data to perform our contract with you (your order), to comply with legal obligations (for example tax records), and based on our legitimate interest in running a secure store. Where consent is required, we ask for it.
Who we share it with
- Stripe – payment processing and fraud prevention (stripe.com/privacy);
- Apple Pay / Google Pay / Link – if you choose them to pay;
- Hostinger – website hosting and email;
- Telegram – only if you contact us or send Full custom photos there;
- authorities, when required by law.
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; they use safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cookies
We use cookies needed for the store to work: your cart, checkout session, language and currency. Stripe may set cookies to prevent fraud during payment. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Photos sent for Full custom are kept only as long as needed to complete your order. Support messages are kept while needed to help you.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, payments go through Stripe’s PCI-DSS certified systems, and access to order data is limited to people who need it to fulfil your order.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email support@larpwallet.store. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Card editor uploads
When you use the Full custom card editor, we store the images you upload (photos, logos, chip and payment images) and your design settings on our server, in a private folder that is not publicly accessible. We use them only to show your design in the editor and to let you download it. We do not sell or share them.
Your uploads are linked to your order and deleted automatically 180 days after purchase. You can ask us to delete them earlier at support@larpwallet.store.
