Refund & Returns Policy

Larp Wallet sells 100% digital products: the Larp Wallet app for Mac and Windows, skin packs, and the Full custom design service. Because of their nature, this policy works differently from one for physical goods.

1. What you buy

All products are delivered digitally. The app and skin packs can be downloaded immediately after your payment is confirmed: on the order page, from the email we send you and under My account → Downloads. Full custom designs are made from the photos you send us and delivered to you digitally. Nothing is shipped.

2. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the national laws that implement it), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once its supply has started, provided you gave your express prior consent and acknowledged that you lose this right.

At checkout you tick a box confirming that your download starts immediately and that you waive your right of withdrawal from that moment. For this reason we do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind once your download is available.

Full custom: you can cancel and get a full refund until we start working on your designs. Once work has started, the order can no longer be cancelled for a change of mind.

3. When we do fix it

Change-of-mind returns are not possible, but if something is wrong with your purchase we fix it free of charge when:

  • the downloaded file is damaged or incomplete;
  • you received a different pack from the one you bought;
  • you did not get your download link within 24 hours;
  • the app does not work on a computer and iPhone that meet the requirements on the product page, and our support cannot fix it.

In these cases, contact us within 7 days of your purchase with your order number: @deflako on Telegram. We will fix the problem by sending the correct file or helping you with the setup, or, if it cannot be fixed, by refunding you.

4. Before you buy

Please check the requirements first: macOS 14 or later, or Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit); an iPhone on iOS 18 or later; a data cable; and your cards already added to Apple Wallet. The previews on this site show the designs you will receive. As explained in point 2, your purchase is final once the download is available.
