About these terms

These terms apply to every purchase on larpwallet.store from Larp Wallet (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. Questions: support@larpwallet.store.

What we sell

• Larp Wallet app – a desktop app for Mac and Windows that lets you apply custom visual designs (skins) to the cards in your Apple Wallet.
• Skin packs – sets of ready-made designs (25 skins per pack).
• Full custom – a service where we create 12 designs from photos you send us.

All products are digital. Nothing is shipped.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the site and may be displayed in your local currency. The amount you are charged is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link). Each purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription.

Delivery

After payment you get download links on the order page and by email. For Full custom, you send your photos to us after payment (for example on Telegram) and we send the finished designs back. Please check that your device meets the requirements listed on the site before buying.

License

When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app and the designs on your own devices. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the app, the skin packs or the download links.

Acceptable use

Designs are for personal, cosmetic use only. You must not use the app or any design to mislead anyone about a payment card, its issuer, its balance or your identity, to impersonate a bank, company or person, or for any fraudulent or illegal purpose. A custom design does not change how your real card works. For Full custom, you must only send photos you have the right to use; we may refuse content that is illegal, offensive or infringes someone else’s rights.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Because the products are digital content delivered immediately, at checkout you agree that the download starts right away and that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once it is available. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or not as described. Details are in our Refund policy.

Liability

We provide the app and designs as described on the site and fix problems we are responsible for. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for misuse of the app or designs. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

Full custom and the card editor

What you buy

Full custom gives you access to our online card editor for one order. You create the design yourself and can download up to 20 image files (PNG or JPG, 1536 × 969 px). Your editor link is private and saved in your order for 180 days.

Your content

You choose and upload everything on your card: photos, logos, chip images, payment images and text (“your content”). We do not create, review or approve your content, and we are not the author of designs made in the editor.

Your promises

By uploading, you confirm that you own your content or have every permission needed to use it, including permission from any person shown in a photo. You must not upload:

• trademarks, logos or artwork of third parties, such as brands, games, films, sports clubs or artists;
• logos of payment systems, such as Visa or Mastercard;
• content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, or that breaks anyone’s privacy.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content and for how you use the files you download. To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover claims, costs and damages caused by content you upload.

Our rights

We may block, remove or refuse to deliver content that breaks these rules or that a rights holder reports to us, and we may pause an editor link while a report is reviewed. Rights holders can contact us at support@larpwallet.store.

Personal use only

The files are pictures for decorating cards in your own Apple Wallet. They are not payment cards and must not be used to deceive anyone or to imitate a real bank card.

Delivery and refunds

Full custom is digital content. The editor link is delivered right after payment. When you agree that delivery starts immediately, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. If the editor does not work as described, contact support@larpwallet.store and we will fix the problem or refund you, as consumer law requires.

Storage

We keep your uploads and your design for 180 days after purchase, so you can download your files and so we can answer any question about your order. After that they are deleted automatically.
